 Recovery coach/mentor training is a program that teaches the skills needed to support people in recovery from addiction or other challenging life events. These individuals help clients set goals, develop coping strategies, and navigate their healing process. They also help clients connect with resources and services in their community. After training, the starting salary for this position is about $45k.
